As a source of cold water, we offer the UVN-6-1.8 water-cooling installation. It is recommended to use reservoirs of coolers of any type for collecting, further to cooling, and storing milk.<\/p>\n<p>The cooler is a set of plates with a special profile, separated by rubber gaskets. The plates are made of stainless steel. The profile of the plates is selected in such a way that, on the one hand, a cavity forms along which the milk passes, and on the other hand, cooling water.
