The delta scraper installation is necessary for the efficient cleaning of manure that accumulates in open manure passages, in conditions of loose box housing for cattle.
Characteristic features of the equipment
The equipment set includes four working elements that allow unloading manure from the center and ends of the room. The equipment provides for cable or hydraulic drive. Each chain is assembled by means of connecting links, which allows eliminating the need for welding when assembling, adjusting, and fixing the length.
Exploitation features of the equipment
The delta scraper installation equipped with an automatic control mode provides effective cleaning of the passage from manure. Since this process is very slow, animals can move freely and unhindered. In general, the entire system of the apparatus is aimed at maximum functionality with the complete absence of risks to the health and life of animals. Based on this, the probability of injury to the animal at the time of cleaning the passage is excluded.
The scraper manure removal system is also effective in that it eliminates significant harmful fumes from the barn, reducing the level of ammonia in the airspace of the room, and thereby improving its microclimate.
The built-in program allows you to set a number of indicators, including cleanliness, quantitative indicators of passes, and many other parameters. The optimal cleaning frequency is once every two to three hours. If the temperature becomes lower than it was programmed, the settings for automatic changes in the operation of the device are turned on, and then the continuous mode of the system is activated.
This avoids a functional malfunction in the process. If the delta scraper installation encounters any obstacle, the program automatically stops it and makes a second attempt to work. In the event that further movement is not possible, a fault signal is given.
Advantageous features of using the equipment
- Due to the use of this equipment, the livestock building can be filled with stalls to the maximum, since the delta scraper installation does not require a separate place in the conveyor circuit;
- thanks to the vertical direction of the idle and working branches of the drive sprocket chain, it is possible to completely eliminate the risk of chain slipping due to improper use of the device and unacceptable weakening of the loop tension;
- the delta scraper installation is mounted by means of collet anchors, eliminating the need for concrete blocks and thereby greatly facilitating the installation process;
- the belt drive passing to the gearbox from the electric motor is an additional protection link in the event of an emergency, and also makes the drive work silent;
- the distance from the gearbox and the electric motor to the floor is quite large, so that they always remain clean while maintaining optimal conditions for routine maintenance.
