MILKING DEVICE “YELOCHKA”

• Hanging parts - stainless steel and transparent polycarbonate teat cups.
• The milking machine removal system performs machine-assisted milking at the end of milking and automatically removes the milking machine when milking is completely finished.
• A counter of the amount of milk baked from each cow with a measurement of the milk flow rate during milking.
• A counter showing the total milk yield on the complex every moment of milking.
• Electromagnetic pulsator.

• Provides the communication between each milking place and a computer and the transfer of necessary information to the computer during milking.
• The display shows the amount of milk during milking.
• The ability to manually dial the cow number for transfer to the computer if the identification system did not work.
• Depending on the milk flow rate, it controls the operation mode of the pulsator individually for each cow. All modes are not rigidly set according to the characters but are configured individually for each cow based on feedback.
• Controls the manipulator to perform machine milking by periodically milking the teat cups.
• Controls the manipulator to automatically remove the teat cups at the end of milking

Flushing system

The washing of all milk lines is automatic.
There are three flushing programs:

• flushing before milking.
• rinse after milking.
• disinfection.

The flushing system is equipped with an electric water heater. All washing programs are flexible and optimally configured during installation and commissioning of the milking unit. It consists of a water heater with automatic maintenance of water temperature and sprayers at each milking place.

Consists of:

• A computer with a program;
• A reading antenna located at each location;
• Personal sensors (collar) worn around the neck of a cow;
• Before milking the milker cow, the number is automatically determined

The number of the cow is displayed on the display of the milking unit. If the number is determined incorrectly, it can be corrected in manual mode. After that, the current milk yield of the cow starts to be displayed. Upon completion of milking, all information about the process and the time of milking goes to a computer, where it is processed in accordance with the program and the entire life of the cow is stored
