Production capacity Ya1-OSV
Tanks for low-temperature processing of WWS are designed for collecting, storing milk and other food liquids, ripening cream in the production of butter, sour cream, and the production of sour milk drinks.
The WWS tank is a vertical cylindrical tank with conical bottoms and a cooling jacket coil. The U-shaped coil is welded to the shell to its full height.
The casing is heat insulated and clad with thin sheet stainless steel. The upper bottom of the tank is made without thermal insulation. Adjustable feet are welded to the bottom bottom.
The WWS tank allows for the following technological processes:
- Filling the tank with product to a certain level.
- Introduction to the starter product.
- Stirring the product.
- Fermentation and ripening of the product.
- Cooling or heating the product during fermentation and maturation.
- Cooling the finished product
External cladding is made of stainless steel AISI 430, internal - AISI 304, drain valve - diameter 50 mm AISI 304
