Centrifugal pump G2 OPB
The pump is mounted by means of an intermediate bracket 3 on the flange of the electric motor 2. A cover (volute) 7 with suction and discharge nozzles is installed on the bracket body. The cover is pressed against the body of the bracket by a clamp 6 through a rubber sealing ring 4. The cover with a discharge pipe can be installed in any position in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the motor shaft. The space between the bracket body and the cover forms the pump working chamber, inside which the impeller rotates, consisting of 4 separate parts: the inner disk, the impeller, the outer disk and the tee sleeve, fixed to the tip with a nut. The tip is pressed onto the shaft. The suction and discharge nozzles are threaded, which allows the pump to be connected to the pipelines using the union nut 5 and fittings 8. To protect the electric motor from water ingress, a facing casing 1 is installed on it.
Maintenance of the G2-OPA pump.
During operation, it is necessary to constantly monitor the condition of the pump stuffing box. Checking the technical condition is carried out by the amount of fluid passed through. The seal is allowed to pass no more than 10 drops per minute. If, during control pumping, the fluid flow is within the permissible limit (10 drops per minute), the seal is considered operational.
